I think most golfers probably know exactly what's going wrong with their golf swing. The question is, how can you change that to finally achieve better movement? You can hit balls, work with a PGA coach, do stretching, yoga or athletic training. You will make progress, but unfortunately you will also have the experience of quickly reaching your own limits and remaining in the old movement pattern.

The toolbox in a Thai massage treatment is quite simple, its the body and the physics: the work on muscles and accupressurepoints is performed with hands, ellbows, feet, knees and for strengthening the bones we use gravity and bodyweight throughout diffrent physical techniques (f.e. yam kaeng) followed by the indigenous Thai medicine.
